WEEKLY BULLETIN – 28th June 2026 – (ST. PETER AND ST. PAUL)

SPECIAL COLLECTION:  TODAY THE SECOND COLLECTION WILL BE TAKEN UP FOR  PETER’S PENCE.  PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY.

 HOLIDAYS:  Our children are now on holiday from school until August.  We hope they and their families, and all our parishioners have a good holiday with some lovely weather.

FIRST THURSDAY: This Thursday, 2nd July is the first Thursday of the month.  There will be exposition of the Blessed Sacrament after the 10am Mass until 12 noon when  we are asked to come and pray for vocations to the Priesthood and Religious Life.

FIRST FRIDAY:  There will be exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 6pm before Polish Mass on Friday  3rd July until evening Mass on Saturday, 4th July.  The church will be open during all this time for anyone who would like to come and pray or sit for a while.

SCIAF Shield returns on Saturday 1st August 2026 - Football. Faith. Fundraising. Put your faith into action and take part in the SCIAF Shield – our knock-out tournament that uses football to raise money for the world’s poorest people.   The SCIAF Shield is a 5-a-side tournament that brings together 16 teams for an exciting afternoon of community and sport.  This year, funds raised by the SCIAF Shield will go towards our Emergency Hunger Appeal, to provide emergency food packages and help people grow more food in places devastated by floods and droughts in Africa. March for Life UK 2026: In partnership with SPUC you are invited to join Bishop John Keenan on his coach to London for March for Life UK 2026. Departing midnight Friday 4 September from Paisley St Mirin's Cathedral, with a pickup 12.30am at Glasgow St. Andrew's Cathedral. Arriving in London at Emmanuel Centre approx. 7.30/8am Saturday 5th September for the Exhibition, Mass, talks and stall.
