WEEKLY BULLETIN –13th SEPTEMBER 2026– (24th SUNDAY OF THE YEAR)

SPECIAL COLLECTION IN AID OF SPRED: The second collection today will be taken up for SPRED,   which supports parishioners, both adults and children, who have a learning disability, to grow in their Catholic faith. Please give generously.

Thank you all for 5 wonderful  years here at St. Anne's in Glasgow.   Thank you  for your daily help, prayer and every kindness.  I'm very proud of you.  May God bless you. Let Glasgow's St Anne’s flourish because of God’s love in your hearts. Fr. Leszek

FAREWELL TO FR. LESZEK –  Today we say goodbye to Fr. Leszek, who leaves us to take up a new post in Dunstable and Milton Keynes.  We thank him sincerely for all his hard work In our Parish.  He will be greatly missed by everyone.  We wish him well and hope he comes back to visit us some time.  May God Bless him and look after him.  HASTE YE BACK.

Nightfever Friday 25 September 2026 at 7-10pm 'Come and see!’ (Jn 1,46) Nightfever is back at St Aloysius’ Church. On Night Fever evening the doors of St Aloysius Church, Garnethill are wide open and young people and young adults invite passers-by around Sauchiehall Street to come into the church, receive a blessing, take up the offer to talk to a priest or celebrate the sacrament of reconciliation. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Compline & Benediction 10 p.m.

National Youth Pilgrimage 2026: Saturday 26th September -  S1–35. Join the Youth Office and young people from across Scotland on a pilgrimage to Pluscarden Abbey. Discover more about the lives of monks and nuns, explore how God calls each person in a unique way, and conclude the day with Vigil Mass.
