WEEKLY BULLETIN – 6th April 2025 (5th SUNDAY OF LENT)
NEXT SUNDAY IS PALM SUNDAY AND THE BEGINNING OF HOLY WEEK
BLESSING OF THE SICK: Today Fr. Leszek will give Blessing and Anointing of the Sick and Care Workers, to those parishioners who would like receive it.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS WILL BE SAID EVERY WEDNESDAY DURING LENT AT
10.30am after Mass. We are into the last two weeks of Lent. Why not come along to Mass some morning at 10.00am or take part in the Stations of the Cross on Wednesday.
Second collection during Lent will be taken up for Sick & Retired Priests.
ASSISTED DYING BILL: The Archdiocese has sent postcards and ask that you sign them to send to MPs. These come from a disability campaign group called "Not Dead Yet UK". These postcards ask MPs to vote against the legalisation of assisted suicide in the parliamentary vote at Third Reading. Please fill them in and the Parish will send them to the House of Commons.

DAY OF CONFESSIONS FOR LENT: Priest will be available to hear Confessions all day, from 9am - 5pm, in St Andrew’s Cathedral on Friday 11thApril.
THE PASSION OF JESUS in music and drama: 'Even the Winds: FireCloud will present the Passion of Jesus using music and dramatic narration. Monday 7th of April in St Patrick’s Church, Old Kilpatrick - 7pm. Join us for a prayerful experience during Lent as we consider the gospel accounts of the women who stayed close to Christ in His final days. All welcome.
